According to the HPRA in Ireland, 21,000 people have been injured or made seriously ill or disabled from the covid19 vaccine in Ireland. The rise in Excess Mortality in Ireland in Autumn and Winter 2021 and in 2022 and 2023 was the highest for over 100 years. The large rise in excess mortality began after mass covid19 vaccinations. This was seen in all highly vacinated countries worldwide from Autumn 2021 up to the present in 2023. The banning and blocking of autopsies and post mortems for those people suspected of being killed by the vaccine means accurate death figures are not available. Ireland has many thousands of people who were injured, made ill and disabled and some even killed by the covid19 vaccines and boosters but there is no State Compensation Program. There has never been a State Compensation Program for the vaccine injured, ill and disabled and those killed by vaccines, and this is a disgrace and a national scandal. Most of them cannot afford medical tests and treatments. Many thousands of seriously ill people in Ireland are being left in a limbo and have massive medical costs.
Getting Justice
You have the legal and Constitutional right to
(i) bring criminal cases against those who administered the vaccines without getting informed consent from you or your loved one (who died or was injured / made ill / disabled).

(iii) take civil cases in the High Court for financial compensation against the vaccinator, the vaccination centre, the HSE, the Minister for Health and the government. (iv) The serious fraud involved in this removes the legal protection of the vaccine companies and makes them liable to criminal prosecution and to being sued for compensation.

The Pfizer documents released under court order in the USA in January 2022 showed over 1,200 deadly illnesses, diseases, disabilities, and types of deaths caused by this vaccine. These filled 9 pages and are truly shocking. This certainly shows that the covid19 vaccines are NOT safe. This was known to Pfizer and Regulators in the USA, Europe and Ireland by January 1, 2021. This was not communicated to those people who got covid19 vaccinations in Ireland, the USA, Britain and many other countries, and this means Informed Consent was NOT given. This is in Exhibit 1 which was handed to a Judge in the High Court in Ireland in March 2023.
Also Pfizer document Exhibit 2 was handed to a judge in the High Court in Ireland. This document showed 1,223 people had died and 25,000 people suffered nervous system disorders, 8,800 suffered respiratory disorders, 17,000 suffered gastrointestinal disorders, and over 42,000 people had suffered injuries, disabilities and illnesses caused by the vaccine within the first 90 days of the vaccine being given to the general public. This was a massive number of deaths and illnesses and disabilities inside a short space of time. Exhibit 2 was known to Pfizer and Regulators in the USA, Europe and Ireland by April 1, 2021. This was not communicated to those people who got covid19 vaccinations in Ireland, the USA, Britain and many other countries, and this means Informed Consent was NOT given.

Steps to Take for Justice:
1. make your statement, ( you must state that your human rights are violated by the injection not being what you were led to believe it was)
2. bring it to the local garda Station personally and have the event witnessed by witnesses or videoed.
3. no big deal if Gardai reject it and refuse to investigate. Go to a solicitor and create a solicitors letter to send to Drew Harris, Garda commissioner. Send the garda statement and Solicitors Letter to Drew Harris, Garda commisioner at phoenix park headquarters, with a cover letter, saying it is his duty to investigate pursuant to the Garda Siochana Act 2005, because of Human Rights, and criminal breaches of your rights/loved ones right
4. no big deal if Drew Harris sends a rejection letter. You are after putting the noose around his neck for dereliction of public duty, and eventual moving of the numerous catalogued complaints of systematic suffering from vaccine, into the realm of the International Criminal Court complaint arena under the Treaty of Rome
5. Write to the Ombudsman, (not the Garda Siochana Ombudsman) and make a complaint that your complaint is health related that has caused injury, disability, death etc. and, the Garda will not uphold their Human Rights obligations pursuant to the Garda Siochana Act
6. no big deal if the ombudsman refuses to process your application
7. if all the previous steps are completed, go back to Solicitor, because both Civil law rights being breached, has resulted in criminal wrongdoing. Bring an Order of Mandamus in the High Court which allows the High Court to force criminal investigations and prosecutions in criminal courts. Join the Irish Human Rights body to court proceedings as this will mean that there are no legal costs. 12 or 15 Plaintiffs who are vaccine victims in the case will reduce the costs of filing applications and motions involved. 8. And bring a case to the European Court of Human Rights. Join the Irish Human Rights Commission to proceedings and this will mean no legal costs. Get an Order of Mandamus for criminal investigations and prosecutions to be carried out in Ireland. Bring a separate action in the International Criminal Court.
